Winter term

The recent lack of posts is because of winter-term assignment hell. My mind is too full of history to think about science fiction: the Hudson's Bay Company in the 1930s, second wave feminism, pre-Columbian art and architecture, Nixon and Mao, the Canadian Left, the Emperor Justinian... and so forth. I'll be back someday...
